We are pleased to announce that a general cargo ship (Yamanaka Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. Ship No. SNO1186 / Gross Tonnage: 749 G/T) under construction by our company has been successfully launched (water-filled) at Yamanaka Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. in Ehime Prefecture.

The ship is scheduled for completion in March 2025 and is an energy-efficient vessel certified under the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's "Specified Ship Introduction Plan." By incorporating the latest energy-saving technologies, such as high-efficiency engines and propellers and improved hull form, the vessel has achieved significant improvements in fuel efficiency and reduced environmental impact.

The ship is currently in the final stages of construction, including outfitting, and is expected to play a role as a next-generation energy-saving cargo ship in the domestic shipping sector.

Going forward, we will continue to actively promote the introduction and operation of ships that combine environmental friendliness and economic efficiency, contributing to the development of sustainable maritime transportation.
